Sunrise, June 30

Sunrise: 5:12 a.m.
Temperature: 45 degrees
The clouds were pretty in pink this morning.  What a gorgeous morning!

Someone made a rock path across the water

I decided to cross the rock beach this morning

Stacked rocks--always interesting to see what people leave behind

Rugged

I was thinking the sun wasn't going to be visible through the clouds

Then the perfect roundness appeared

Even though dandelions are weeds, they're still beautiful in my eyes!

The tree was way on the other side of the beach today, half in and half out of the water

Serenity

Two kayaks . . .

. . . and one tent at the beach

The ferns are nearly chest high now

Tree blossoms

When I went to pick up my Sunday paper, this Luna moth was on the gas station wallBiology lesson for the week: Luna moths don't have a mouth.  They only live a week, and don't eat during that time.
