Last Monday I went back to week 4 of the Couch to 5K with a 3 minute run, 1 1/2 minute walk, 5 minute run, 2 1/2 minute walk and then repeat. It was not too bad! No burning in my calves like the first time I did week 4. I made myself go three times around the circle I run so that I ran extra time after the regular podcast.
I haven't run since then. Life interfered with 7th grade orientation, rainy weather, grocery shopping and car trouble.
So I'm leaving the running behind for now. I'm going to still try to run one day on the weekend to keep it up a little until the weather gets too cold or snowy. Time to dig out the Jillian Michaels DVD's!
